We have a 7 day return/ exchange policy, from date of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it in - unused/ not worn, not washed and in original packaging with tags. You must also include a copy of your invoice.
*All returned postage is at the customers expense.
If your request to refund/ exchange is due to a faulty item, please contact us with a photo of the item within the 7 day period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We do not accept refunds/ exchanges on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty and falls within our 7 day returns policy.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the goods and notify you via email. If we approve a refund, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
We do not accept returns on gift vouchers.
